Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

• UK standard delivery - £4
• Next day delivery - £5.50
• Saturday delivery - £10
• Free delivery on orders over £100

Please note the above delivery options are for orders placed by 3pm. Orders placed after this time are processed the next working day (does not include weekends or bank holidays). Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

If you place an order for next day delivery on Friday, please note this will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

RETURNS

 

Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from the day you received your item, unfortunately we won't accept returns after this time has passed.

Please make sure all items returned are in an unused condition and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. 

Exchanges are valid up to 14 days from the day you received your item.

Items purchased on sale or discounted will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We don not offer a free returns service, any items returned should be sent tracked and signed for as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. 

We will process your returns within 14 working days of receiving the goods and will refund the original payment method.
